Franco Law Firm

PROFESSIONAL FEES

Our main commitment is to add value to those who place their trust in us. For this reason, we strive to provide excellent results and keep our clients informed throughout the entire process. Transparency is a fundamental pillar in our philosophy. We are one of the few immigration firms in the United States that publishes its rates in an accessible manner. Our prices are calculated with the objective of providing excellence in service to each of our clients.

It is essential to keep in mind that, in most cases, to obtain a temporary visa (non-immigrant) or a permanent visa (green card, residence or immigrant visa), the strategy consists of two or more stages. It usually involves a petition and an application, and in some cases, preliminary proceedings with the labor department are required. These stages can develop simultaneously in some cases, while in others they are carried out sequentially.

We want to emphasize that your case may cover various stages, and in our price list, we specify the fees corresponding to each of them. It is crucial to understand that, in certain cases, these stages occur sequentially; That is, after the approval of one stage, the next begins. Furthermore, we emphasize that our fees are applied individually for each stage, not cumulatively. This ensures that you pay only for the services necessary in each phase of the process, adapting to the particularities of your situation.

It is also important to note that the fees detailed below do not include fees applicable to the immigration service or other agencies. Nor do they cover all possible additional costs that may arise in your case, such as the preparation of a business plan, translations, among others.

Additionally, additional fees will apply for any additional work that may be necessary in your situation, such as responding to requests for additional evidence, attending interviews, handling appeals or requests to reopen or reconsider, extensions of visa or status, waivers that may be required, matters related to deportation, among others. An administrative fee is established in all cases, and we reserve the right to adjust the advertised fees in situations that involve greater complexity, such as the applicant’s criminal history, history of immigration violations or deportation, among other factors. This announcement is to provide general information only. It should not be construed as an offer of service. Our prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Our price list, accessible to everyone, is a testament to our transparency. Although we do not stand out for being the most economical option, our dedication is oriented towards excellence. We turn to those who share our vision, those who believe in what we believe. We believe that destiny is not written. We believe in breaking boundaries!
